1. Event Information
 

Event Name: We Love Summer Valentine’s Edition

Location: Cabo Beach, Cape Town (including access to Cabo Beach Club and designated VIP areas)

Doors Open: 14:00

Age Requirement: Strictly NO UNDER 20

Dress Code: Come As Your Are

Event Overview:

Join us on 15 February 2025 for a special Valentine’s Edition of We Love Summer at Cabo Beach. Celebrate the spirit of connection and create unforgettable memories as we honor the bonds that have defined our community over the past 10 years.

 

2. Definitions
 

“Ticket” refers to any admission credential or premium package purchased for entry to the event.

“Customer” or “Attendee” means any individual who purchases a Ticket.

“Organizer” means We Love Summer (including its affiliates, agents, or representatives).

“Venue” means Cabo Beach/Cabo Beach Club and any designated areas used during the event.

“Premium Package” refers to enhanced experiences (e.g., VIP Pass, Bottle Service & Tables, VIP Daybed Experience, VIP Table Experience, Ultra VIP Cabanas) that include additional benefits such as reserved seating, minimum spend requirements, or exclusive access.
 

3. Acceptance and Ticket Purchase

By purchasing any Ticket, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
 

All Ticket purchases are completed online via the designated ticketing platform. Customers must check the “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” box prior to completing their purchase.
 

All details—including the payment method and any additional fees or minimum spend requirements for Premium Packages—are clearly provided at the time of purchase.

4. Ticket Categories and Payment Options

4.1 General Admission
 

Flex Pay Ticket:

 

This option allows the Customer to pay half of the ticket price at the time of purchase and the remaining balance at the event.

Specific pricing details are provided during the checkout process.
 

VIP Pass:

 

Grants VIP access to exclusive areas such as the VIP Terrace (overlooking the dance floor and stage), along with access to a private bar and restrooms.

Limited backstage access may also be available, subject to performance policies and capacity limits.
 

4.2 Premium Experiences – Bottle Service & Tables

These packages include event admission plus exclusive experiences:

 

A. Love Boat Experience
 

Package Includes:

Access for 1 guest with VIP event entry.

Guest arrival at Mirage Port at 12:00, accreditation at the yacht marina with a welcome drink, and departure around 12:30 with return to dock at approximately 16:45.

Additional Notes:

Please bring towels, jackets, sunscreen, and your good vibes.

This is an exclusive experience subject to limited availability.
 

B. VIP Daybed Experience
 

Package Includes:

Access for 2 guests featuring a private poolside daybed, a dedicated bar, and restrooms.

A fresh fruit platter and welcome bubbly upon arrival.

VIP access to the VIP Terrace and limited backstage access.
 

Important:

This package includes daybed access and entry only.

A minimum spend requirement applies on the day of the event for food and drinks.
 

C. VIP Table Experience
 

Package Details:

A VIP table package for a group of 5 guests.

The total package is structured in two parts: a deposit payable at the time of purchase (covering 5 VIP Tickets) and a minimum spend due on the day of the event.

Minimum Spend: The amount spent on food and drinks must meet or exceed the specified minimum on the event day.
 

D. Ultra VIP Cabanas
 

Package Details:

An exclusive VIP cabana package for 10 guests located in the Cabana Couch Pocket Exclusive Section.

The total package is structured in two parts: a deposit payable at the time of purchase (covering 10 VIP Tickets) and a minimum spend due on the day of the event.

Minimum Spend: The amount spent on food and drinks must meet or exceed the specified minimum on the event day.

Availability: Limited – only a few packages remain.
 

5. Payment and Reservation
 

Full payment (or the specified deposit for packages with a minimum spend component) is required at the time of booking.

For Premium Packages involving a minimum spend (VIP Table Experience and Ultra VIP Cabanas), the deposit secures your reservation; however, the additional minimum spend must be met on the day of the event to validate the full package.

Failure to meet the minimum spend on the event day may result in the forfeiture of associated benefits, with no refund of the deposit.
 

6. No Refund and Cancellation Policy
 

Finality of Purchase:

All Ticket and Package purchases are final and non-refundable.

By completing the purchase, the Customer expressly waives any rights to a refund or cancellation, including any statutory “cooling-off” rights.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling:

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances (including force majeure).

In such cases, Customers will be notified promptly. Refunds or alternative arrangements will be provided solely at the Organizer’s discretion.

Customer Cancellation:

No refunds, credits, or rescheduling options will be offered if a Customer is unable to attend.
 

7. Tables, Cabanas, and Seating Arrangements
 

Selection and Allocation:
 

For VIP Table and Ultra VIP Cabana packages, Customers may have the option to select their seating or location during the online booking process, subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to honor seating preferences; however, final seating assignments are subject to venue logistics and operational requirements.
 

Viewing Limitations:
 

By purchasing a Premium Package, the Customer acknowledges and accepts any such limitations.
 

Adjustments to Seating:
 

Should operational or safety requirements necessitate changes to seating assignments, the Organizer reserves the right to reassign seats without offering refunds or additional compensation.
 

Minimum Spend Compliance:
 

For packages with a minimum spend (VIP Table Experience and Ultra VIP Cabanas), the specified minimum must be reached on the day of the event.

Failure to achieve the minimum spend may result in the loss of reserved benefits without a refund of the deposit.
 

8. Event Entry and Check-In
 

Customers must present a valid Ticket (electronic or printed) at the check-in point.

Entry is subject to Ticket verification and compliance with these Terms and any additional venue-specific guidelines.

By scanning their Ticket at the door, Customers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
 

9. Customer Conduct and Venue Use
 

Customers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner throughout the event.

The Organizer and Venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose conduct is disruptive or unsafe.

The Organizer and Venue are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
 

10. Liability and Indemnity
 

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer and Venue (including their agents and employees) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Ticket purchases, the use of Premium Packages, or attendance at the event.

Indemnification:

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer and Venue from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their attendance or breach of these Terms.
 

11. Force Majeure
 

Neither the Organizer nor the Venue will be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, or other force majeure events.

In such cases, the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to notify Customers and may offer alternative arrangements or rescheduling where possible.
 

12. Privacy and Data Protection

All personal data provided during the purchase process will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The Organizer’s Privacy Policy, available on our website, forms part of these Terms and governs the collection, use, and storage of Customer data.
 

13. Intellectual Property
 

All event-related content, including logos, images, and promotional materials, remains the exclusive property of the Organizer or its licensors.

No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the Organizer’s written consent.
 

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.
 

15. Amendments
 

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any amendments will be posted on the event page and become effective immediately upon publication.

Continued attendance at or participation in the event constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
